Whenever year 6 pupils move on we are always sad to see them go and always tell them to keep in touch. We are not strangers we are friends and are happy to hear from you whenever you get the chance. As such I was delighted to receive this message from Amy Taylor. All of the teachers say hi and we all agree that you sound fantastic. A true talent. We hope that you are well and enjoying life at high school and it is great to hear you still have the music bug!
Without actually seeing a tuba it can be hard to appreciate just how magnificent they are, so it was great to actually have one in school this Friday so we could get a close up look.
One step to being a good musician is to challenge yourself to play new things. In today’s world where music lessons are available online and for free it is reassuring that children are making the most of a previously unavailable resource. So you have taken your guitar home from school and are trying to remember which note was which on the fret board. Don’t panic! Simply follow the tableture and you will master the major in no time. Good luck!
